We accept digital artwork files by a variety of methods:

CD, DVD, flash drives, ISDN, FTP, email. Our ISDN numbers are 0131 270 6002/3. If you wish to send files over 100MB via ISDN please contact us first.

Please do not include any files unrelated to the job. As listed above, whenever possible include a hard copy (printout) of your job so that we can check the content against our output files. Alternatively, a PDF can be supplied for this purpose – but we do prefer hard copy. If a PDF is being supplied for visual checking purposes only, please indicate that this is the case, e.g. by adding ‘visual’ to the file name.

If you are sending text (to be used by us in putting artwork together) the best formats are Word or Rich Text Format (.rtf). Simple text files (.txt) can be used, but will not retain all the formatting.
